U.S. seeks new UN condemnation of violence in Iraq
The United States circulated a draft resolution at the United Nations on Wednesday condemning a surge in violence in Iraq that has killed hundreds including two Algerian diplomats and a Sunni Arab helping to draft a new Iraqi constitution.
